- Sit comfortably in cross legged position (Lotus posture) and relax your body by taking few deep breaths.
- Now rub your hands vigorously and put your right hand on your left ear and breath effortlessly. Stay in this position till your hand is tired.
- Now remove your right hand and put your left hand on your right ear and breath naturally. Stay in this position till your hand is tired.
- Now remove your right hand, and use your both the hands. Left hand on the right ear and right hand on the left ear. Stay in this position till your both the hands are tired.
- Now remove your hands and put them on your lap interlocked.
- Remain in this position till you wish.
