Love n Light is a deep meditation technique. It is about observing our natural breaths as a divine being of Divine Love and Light.
15 minutes of this Love n Light meditation each morning and night can:
- Provide deep and lasting relaxation.
- Promote better sleep.
- Improve health and vitality.
- Heal cellular structure.
- Realign the body’s energy system to it’s natural state.
Love n Light Meditation:
- Find a comfortable position where you will not be disturbed.
- Switch off your phone.
- Get comfortable and gently close your eyes.
- Watch your natural breath pattern.
- Now Inhale slowly and deeply. Exhale slowly and deeply.
- Imagine you are surrounded by endless stream of Divine Love.
- On each inhale every cell of your body is being filled with this Divine Love.
- On each exhale Divine Love is radiated out of every cell of your body.
- Watch this wonderful process silently for two minutes.
- On each inhale mentally say “I am”.
- On each exhale mentally say “Divine Love”
- Do this for a few minutes.
- Now visualize you are surrounded by endless energy of pure white light.
- On each inhale this pure white light fills all your cells with its healing force.
- On each exhale this pure white light pours out after releasing stress from every cell of your body.
- Do this for few minutes.
- Now come back to your natural breathing pattern.
- Watch your breaths and when comfortable gently open your eyes.
